Find tangents and other geometry points, intersections etc via guide-lines/points. It has a Plugins sub-menu item 'Tangent-Tools...'. It provides 5 functions - 'true tangents', 'common tangents', 'true intersections', 'tangential arcs' and 'fillet arc'.
