Podium Browser Paid category has well over 5,000 render ready original components that you can click and drop in to SketchUp to produce photo-realistic rendering very quickly. Content ranges from hundreds of light fixtures (with lights), living room furniture, dining room design components, sinks, baths, hundreds of 2D face me people, materials, 3D plants, faucets,etc. All are modeled with skill and crafted with Podium V2 properties. In March 2013, hundreds of bathroom and furniture components were added. In April we are focusing on 3D plants and trees.

Revizto 1.1 - now for Windows 8 too

Revizto developers are committed to keeping Revizto up to date with the latest technology. Users of the new release, Revisto 1.1 can now take advantage of the new features in Windows 8 and Autodesk® Revit® 2014.

The developers are also looking for people interested in testing their new intermediate release of Revizto for SketchUp.

It was back in December 2012 when the developers of Thea Render actually took the decision to postpone releasing edition 1.2 for the second quarter of 2013.&nbsp. For them, edition 1.2 is a "milestone" release and this is why they didn't want to rush into it. But instead, they gave their best selves into developing something new that can define rendering in the years to come.

A new innovative approach was born: field mapping. What is it? how it works? why is it better? The developers will answer these questions very soon now with a tech announcement...

SymmetryMill Plugin for SketchUp

Artlandia posted a new version of our SymmetryMill plug-in for SketchUp. Compared with earlier prototypes, the latest version, 1.0 can already be used for production work. It is considered the first public, final release. There are also several tutorials to go with it. Instantly apply your SymmetryMill patterns to realistic 3D models of apparel, furniture, cars, or whole buildings. This free plug-in connects SymmetryMill to SketchUp so that your SketchUp models automatically update as you edit your patterns—which is ideal for creating mockups and presentations.

LightUp Version 2.7b Released

A new version, 2.7b of LightUp has been released. As with all the incremental releases, this is a free update and licensed users are encouraged to get the latest version of their software. As a retail customer of LightUp v2.x they can login, go to Downloads and enter their Registration Key at the bottom of the page to get the latest installer. Simply run the new installer, launch SketchUp and enter their new Registration Key.

Cadalog releases Viso3D for SketchUp and iPad

Cadalog Inc., the developer of popular SketchUp plug-ins like SU Podium V2 and Podium Browser, has released Viso3D to export SketchUp models for the iPad.
Viso3D will export SketchUp faces and textures, add a lightmap and then provide the ability to view and navigate the 3D model on an iOs device.
