How to use Skp4D Pro for SketchUp

1.** Open** a sketchup model to which you want to associate a schedule.

  1. Make a schedule with Microsoft Project (windows), Gantt Project (open source windows & mac) or Project Libre (open source windows & mac) and save it as an xml file.

  2. Import xml file to your model (your model must be saved before). Update info if is neccesary.

  3. Attach tasks from your schedule to your groups or components in your model. Check if there are entities without tasks.

  4. Animate the model according to their attached tasks dates.

    • Construct: is shown and selected at the start date and deselected at the finish date.

    • Existing: is shown at the beginning of the animation

    • Demolish: is shown at the beginning of animation, selected at the beginning of their task and hidden and deselected at the end of their task

    • Temporary: is shown and selected at the beginning of their tasks and hidden and deselected at the end of their task

  5. Check:

    • tasks and dates associated with the selected entities.

    • project info.

    • Gantt chart from imported xmI file

    • entities associated with the selected task.

  6. Show the entities whose task dates fall** between two dates** or Show the entities that must be completed at the indicated percentage of the total project duration

  7. Keep track of your project:

    • Set selected entities as built or not built.

    • Show built or not built entities

    • Show delayed entities

    • Show a report with percent progress of task (done / existing)
