First thing I would do is update LibFredo6 to the current version. Then close SketchUp and start it again.

I did that already . Stil i doesn't work

Have you installed SketchUp properly ?
Try a 'repair' as follows...
Whilst you are logged into your normal Windows user-account, ensure that SketchUp [and Layout] are no running.
Find the installer's exe file - usually in your Downloads folder ?
Select the installer's exe file, right-click > context-menu > "Run as administrator"
When prompted choose "Repair".
When it completes restart SketchUp...
Any better ?Running any complex app's installer exe file in another way will lead to unpredictable weird issues, often involving file/folder permissions - sometimes these problems don't appear immediately, leading to extra confusion !
Never double-click an installer's exe file to 'Run' it.
Even if your normal user has admin-powers it is NOT the same as doing it as outlined above. -
Yes i did the repair method also it doesn't work

Hopefully Fredo can chip in with some ideas...

I would suggest to have a look at the Plugins directory and clean up the LibFredo6 file and folder, check if there are old ones, and then re-install LibFredo6.
