Hello,
I want to share a SketchUp model with a client but am concerned about sending an .skp since it is an editable format. Is there any kind of SU format that is read-only or anything else that can be sent as a non-editable? Thanks for your help!

Re: Non-editable format, please!I dont quite follow You but why dont You use
SketchUp Viewer. Its been quite a while since I used it but it served its purpose then. Re: Non-editable format, please!True but since anyone can download Google SketchUp they can edit the model.
Unfortunately I don't know of a way from SketchUp to do this. Best bet is just to send images.
Re: Non-editable format, please!Unfortunately SketchUp does not support file locking at the moment. If I were you I'd have a look at the add-ons & plugins section, in particular: eDrawings, Hypercosm and Render Plus. I'm sure you'll find an answer to your dilemma there.

Re: Non-editable format, please! One thing you can do is explode all of your groups/components. At least that makes editing frustrating and hides much of your technique.
Re: Non-editable format, please!Hypercosm worked great! It's exactly what I was hoping for! Thanks for your replies!!!!
