Exports everything in the active Model into a set of files 'by layer' and places them in the Model's folder named with the 'layer_name' as a suffix

Usage: Ruby-Console > export_by_layer('type') [where type = obj, dae, dxf etc]

Usage: Ruby Console > TIG.export_SKP_by_layer(ver)
