Hi guys,

I didn't had a problems installing any other plugins except Fredo 6 tools on surface. It shows as installed but it doesn't run. It comes up as an empty plugin...Any observations please ? See the image below.

Thank you, apparently that was the case. I have installed Libfredo thinking that it is a tools on surface as well.

Once again - thank you.

Kind regards,

Hi everyone I just bought the bundle pack and all plugins have been installed and the licenses applied, all are good and all of them are working except Tool OnSurface which shows in the display but when I try to push nothing happens.
Could anyone help me fix this problem?

Many thanks
Nico

Fredo will probably reply with more detail...

However, please confirm the following...

You have downloaded [from the PluginStore***] and installed the following extensions [or used the ExtensionStore³ tool], then restarted SketchUp to sync everything...

SketchUcation Toolset [v4.2.9]
LibFredo - latest version***
ToolsOnSurface - latest version***

Before clicking on the toolbar icon, could you open the Ruby console.
Then, when you click, there should be some error messages displayed in the console.
