New house render

For practice I tried to do an image like a builder might use to sell a design. I could not rely on rain, decals, weeds long grass etc for realism as that would not sell a house Who wants an oil stained driveway or damaged or stained bricks or concrete. It was not easy.

Good work. I like it. I understand what you are saying, but I think at least the vegetation should be more natural, or as much as you can achieve with the software.
With Twinmotion now, there are so many options. I think the grass could have a little more depth to it and maybe some colour variation in tree leaves. Hedge in the shadows far right looks good, hedge in foreground on left looks flat and repetitive. The drive texture, maybe a little more bump in the material or different material maybe as it looks a little like kitchen work surface, to polished. Just stuff that caught my early on. I think if your selling the house those little things I mentioned will make the house pop more. My 10 cents worth

Who has lights on in the daytime?

Otherwise, you are definitely improving with every render.

Cheers guys Lovo the example in your link Loco was the absolute opposite of what I was trying to do. I was pointing out how difficult  a new house where I could not use megacans, decals, patina, long weedy grass. Try doing a new house that is not more than a few weeks old is very difficult without using those aging tools which would not be appropriate for this subject matter.

I understood what you were saying Liam. What I showed you was only about the vegetation in the link I posted. Color variations in the trees and planting for added realism. Maybe I wasn't clear As Solo was saying too, the trees and vegetation are a little mixed up (leaves are confusing) taking away from the realism of the overall planting. Its only what catches the eye

Hi Solo, thanks, I know what you mean about the leaves but I am in Western Australia. We have no native deciduous Trees at all. It is for the local market and we have trees that loose leaves all year round, especially when the weather starts getting very hot in spring and early summer in a Mediterranean climate.
As far as the interior lights, I am trying to (and possibly failing) to emulate the "golden hour" that is a photo taken at dusk and slightly over exposed using both artificial and natural light together (The golden hour is a window of about 15mins actually) This is pretty much standard for my locality and the interior lights were on purpose. If you google "western Australian project home renders" you will see what I am trying to do. Not nailed it yet though.........but I eventually will
