Return to Sketchucation after a long time

Dear Sketchucation members,
I am back again. private sad reasons had kept me from my favorite hobby, Sketchup. Or rather, I had no head for it. The last eight years have not been easy for me. My wife had severe depression and an anxiety disorder and was not leaving the house. She also did not want any medical treatment. At the end of the penultimate year, I got the emergency doctor because she had severe back pain. In the hospital, among other things, a liver abscess was noted, on which she died on 06.March 2018. A big load fell from my shoulders. It was, I think, the best for her and me. I had to get rid of that.

Now my head is free again and I can take care of Sketchup again. I have to recall some techniques again. But I think Sketchup is like cycling, you do not forget that.
I am looking forward to being with you again.

Hi Charly, rough trot to say the least I dont want to put words in Frencies mouth but I think he may have fallen foul of auto correct or somthing but, expresion of the higher self (creativity) is a great diversion (Forgive me if I am wrong Frenchy) Have fun getting back on the horse mate All the best to you.

Welcome back, Charly. Depression is a horrible, debilitating illness so I empathize with where you have been for the last number of year. I hope your wife is at peace and in a better place now.
