SweetHome 3d zip file to Kubity

Although Kubity feature is in "Beta" I tested the following.

Note window glazing is not clear or transparent.
Question is what type of transparent material would work,
Next try would be to use SketchUp material renamed to
SH3D file material file.

This is potentially import for Kubity as
SweetHome 3d has a very large user base.

Is the scale for the model real world? When I go into First person it seems to be out of scale.
