Kubity not able to upload models

hi all
i am trying to upload my model to kunity but it gets stuck on the uploading page and no QR code gets displayed ,
my skp file is just 2 mb and i have tried the same on chrome and internet explorer , both of them get the same problem .
please help

Hi!

Here are a few things you could try:
1) Be sure you're using the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Edge or Safari. Kubity does not support Internet Explorer.
2) You could have some memory(even for a very small skp file, it is not dependent) or 3d drivers issues, just close some apps, or tabs in your browser or reboot your computer if it has been a long time.
3) Some firewall & antivirus software provoke some compatibility issues, do you use one ?
4) Be sure you're computer is WebGL ready, just go there and see what it says http://webglreport.com/
