need help in drawing patterns on walls

Hello ,,
i'm sorry if this is not the appropriate section for this post

I need help in drawing some patterns or openings on the walls like this picture

I draw the pattern wish i want by auto cad, but how i can implement it on my buildings wall on sketch up ?

Hello Emad,

You can use Sketchup Pro or a DWG/DXF import plugin to bring your AutoCAD drawing into Sketchup. Then use MakeFaces or another plugin to create a surface you can push/pull. Stand the imported drawing up vertical, and push/pull to create thickness. Then you can use the Shapebender plugin to match the curvature of the wall.

Look at the possibility of using a transparent png texture as well. Would love to see what you come up with!

Pbacot gives you a good suggestion you may also try transparent PNG textures also.
