Mike
Is this offer good for members that have already signed up for SketchUcation Premium Membership?
And if so, where is the download located?
Thanks Mike
Mike, never mind. Seems today for some reason I wasn't log in when I stopped here. Everything is OK.

Well Michael, please don't be too hard on your poor old blind Mom! I imagine 16 hours a day should be enough for her on the corner selling those pencils, she will need a few hours sleep

My opinion is that the quality of the vast majority of these is so great, that even if paid for individually, they're a good offering, made by people who really know how to model and texture for SU and rendering. Thanks to all contributors! I added some of Rich's watercolour trees to a WC of a little pool house I did. Mind you, I added in GIMP because the picture was already done. Those trees were a nice surprise. petersen wc sk red.png

Peter, is that water colour effect done all in post - or is it based on a style? I there is reflection in the water, which I assume is rendered. Is it a clay render, mixed with SU lines and then filled in with colour in post?

Heh, all the above? I first did a straight SU, export lines and colors separately, use FotoSketcher (actually "Sketcher" on the Mac). and GIMP. Then i wanted more so I rendered a simple scene in Kerky and used some Kerky water in the pool and then Sketcher and remixed back with the work I had done before. The background is a Sperical HDRI included in that run. Water was not good PR (too hard-line) but came out interesting with Sketcher. So it was basically done in a non-landscaped style. I saw Rich's trees and exported png from the SU file to add to the finished picture in GIMP. There's no special style, but it made me think I might try that FS HDRI as a watermark. Some inspiration from DaveR's work. But no clay this time. Oh and Also Allan Casas' book ideas! I used a "splash" layer of wc colors from his book goodies. If I had started knowing the eventual process, it probably would've taken little time. Most fiddling was softening the grass edges and blending the trees in Thanks for the comments. Mike the cutting was probably to justify the lack of entourage, make it look more artsy instead of a completed picture.

Does "before we go back to sanity" infer that I need to download all this stuff before you take it away again? Or do you suffer from the same kind of madness that I do - the irreversible kind - which would allow me to leave this stuff online and simply download it when I need it?

Hello. Sorry for bad English, Google translator: I decided to contact You because of an official source http://help.sketchup.com/en/contact/pro-sales, there is no answer. In Russia I know many comers who wanted to have the licensed program SketchUp PRO 2013 but do not buy because Russian language has no SketchUp PRO 2013. Developers - Sellers SketchUp Pro probably not interested in the sales on the territory of the Russian Federation of Your SketchUp PRO. You do not provide localization into Russian language, thereby treat with contempt the Russian Federation and population - users from Russia, it's such a bad policy SketchUp! So what can You say whether or not localized руссоязычная version of SketchUp 2013?! Thank.

Hi Igor, I think SketchUp does support Russian. Have a look here, SketchUp in your language http://sketchupdate.blogspot.ie/2009/02 ... guage.htmlAlso this site might be of interest to you, SYSSOFT http://www.syssoft.ru/search/?q=sketchupAlso we have a Russian Forum here, viewforum.php?f=53 if it is easier for you to communicate. Thank you for your responsiveness. Sorry for bad English, Google translator: All this was LONG ago, MANY YEARS AGO, why send me there where there is nothing new ... it's already in the past - history, NOW 2013!. I asked a specific question and waiting for a concrete answer! Do You find it difficult to answer directly on the merits of the question?! Thank you.

Alexia,
No one here is responsible for SketchUp. We don't develop or do anything related to development of SketchUp. .
It is a discussion board for SketchUp users.
I think you are better off bringing this up on the official SketchUp help forums.

Thanks for the clarification. I was just hoping for an answer here, even from someone in order to have any information on. Unfortunately the result is as always, Some do not want to ... , Others may not ... ! There is a saying in Russia on there and here no, Russians are smart people themselves will find a way ...!
