What program do you combine it all in? What scale do you work in to get all the detail(is it bigger than the intended "real" scale)?

Thanks pbacot The model of the city was made 95% with Sketchup then render in Blender (Cycles). The model of the monster was made with Sketchup for the aureole, Blender for the basemesh then sculpt in Zbrush. Render in Blender (Cycles).  .The creature is supposed to be 2.5 meters high (8.2 feet).The body itself without claws ,eyes, fingers , teeth etc is made of 4 millions quads.
