Flowify - Stumped Why Impose Grid Doesn't Show Grid

My first attempt at Flowify. Made group of the target surface, group of connecting lines, group of plane, and a group of these 3 items. Cannot get "Impose Grid" to show grid. I'm a newbie. File attached.
