After installing Sketchucation Store Extension v 4.2.9, I'm having trouble activating my License for Fredo 6 "Fredo Corner". I am attaching a document with various screen prints.
Can anyone help with tips on what to do?

Re: Plugin Licensing issues in Sketchup 2017The .scflicense does reside in the License folder
Use the Tools > Fredo Collection > Fredo Corner > License menu to open the dialog. Then validate by 'opening' the .scflicense via that dialog
Re: Plugin Licensing issues in Sketchup 2017Hi Rich
I have done as you write, but get an error message, see the attached screen print. How do I proceed? Sincerely Re: Plugin Licensing issues in Sketchup 2017
The license registered has been purchased in April 2021 (18 months ago) and is already validated on one computer. Are you trying to validate on the same computer or another one?
Re: Plugin Licensing issues in Sketchup 2017I think I got 2 different versions mixed up. See attached document. Can you tell me which one I paid for? What is the difference between the 2 versions?
It's the same computer I'm having trouble getting the license to work, I think I may have updated to a wrong version of the plugin. Sincerely Re: Plugin Licensing issues in Sketchup 2017
You purchased a license for FredoCorner (not RoundCorner).
Re: Plugin Licensing issues in Sketchup 2017Thanks
How do I go about getting the program licensed? I now have FredoLib 13.6a and FredoCorner 2.5a installed, but still get the same error message when I try to activate the license? Re: Plugin Licensing issues in Sketchup 2017I would really appreciate some help to make it work, I have a 3D printing project I would really like to have the drawing ready for.
Re: Plugin Licensing issues in Sketchup 2017The best thing you can do is a fresh plugins folder. Based on your earlier PDF stuff you've a bit of a mess going on somewhere.
FredoCorner works fine but your system may be muddled and there's likely a conflict at play.
Re: Plugin Licensing issues in Sketchup 2017Hi Rich
I think I now have reasonably good control over where I store plugins. See attachment, please. I think the problem occurred when I was prompted to update FredoCorner and I installed RoundCorner instead, but that should be cleared up now, but I still can't activate the license for FredoCorner. If I was just sure it would fix the problem, I'd buy a new license, but it's a bit of a waste if it still doesn't work! Re: Plugin Licensing issues in Sketchup 2017
Go to...
...and delete this Restart SketchUp and try to validate FredoCorner with the license file at https://sketchucation.com/webshop/my-licences.php
Re: Plugin Licensing issues in Sketchup 2017Your extensions/plugins should all be installed in the ...AppData/...Plugins/ folder path.
Sketchup would install them there by default - as should the SketchUcation ExtensionStore³. If you have bought suitable licenses you should be able to validate them for the appropriate extensions in their sub-menus [usually under the Tools menu]... As Rich explained you can reset your licenses using the path he provided... Last edited by TIG on Mon Dec 05, 2022 11:25 pm, edited 1 time in total.

Re: Plugin Licensing issues in Sketchup 2017Hi Rich
I cannot say how grateful I am for your guidance. Now I finally managed to get the plugin licensed again. Thanks a million for the help. I am super happy that there is always someone here in the forum who takes the time to help the rest of us who do not have the necessary knowledge to solve the problems that occasionally arise. A very Merry Christmas to everyone who has contributed to this thread. Re: Plugin Licensing issues in Sketchup 2017
You did the heavy lifting so thank you for supporting independent plugin developers by purchasing a license. Enjoy the xmas and new year ![]()
