Crankshaft doing pendulum motion

I want a crankshaft to do the pendulum motion but the axis it holds on to falls apart.
(see attachment)
I have tried to poke with state, shapes, materials
Most important is for me to understand this so it not happens again.

I tried to add some bearings like geometry. See attachment
But no luck
