So right now you can control movement in different ways
1) look around, just moving your head
2) tap the screen if there is a hole in the cardboard or with the button(only cardboard v2) to do a step/leap forward (no collision, no gravity)
In the next release you will be able to focus on a point and then be teleported there.

Any other feedback? ;-)

So far I love Kubity!

Integration of SketchUp scenes and a way to cycle through would be fantastic.

Thanks!

Could Kubity (maybe a future release) tie in with location settings so buildings/extensions could be viewed 'on-site' either using cardboard or just via tablet/phone screen?
Hope that makes sense!

With "on site" you mean an Augmented Reality feature so your model is incrusted in the actual site?
Something like that is in our R&D roadmap but it won't be available in our next release.

As a starting point, GPS+compass support would be enough (and quite easy to implement): your app should just set user location and viewing direction depending on GPS and compass readings. It won't be much precise, but anyway better than nothing.
Camera support will come after. :fro:

An even simpler implementations would be by "points of interest": the developer sets up some specific points where his model can be viewed from, and the user have just to select the POI and phisically move there before putting up the HMD.
