Ok, new to LO, so i downloaded the file and opened it in LO2018 and now i dont know what to do with it..... Do i open this file each time i open LO for a project? Or how does one add it to their "scrapbook", if so, how do i do that. Thanks

Once you've opened it in LayOut, click File>Save as Scrapbook. Give it a name and it should show up in the Scrapbooks panel.
