[Model] Contemporary Standard Lamp

Postby Hieru » Sat Jul 28, 2012 4:37 pm

I just wanted to share a simple standard lamp I quickly put together for a scene.

The attached file includes the proxy used to create the shade. A Thea mod pack is available from my website.

Great lamp, thanks. I like your website too.
BTW. The lamp is very high poly, (44500 edges, 26500 faces) I put it thru Artisans 'Reduce polygons, 50%' and got the count down about 30% with marginal loss in quality.

Thanks Baz. I hadn't thought of reducing the ploys.

Since its only really intended for mid distance use, it would be good to see a side by side render test.
