Downloading Skatter 1.4.20

Trying to download the latest Skatter 1.4.20 and it fails in both Firefox and MSIE.

Is there a problem on the their end?

Haven't had any problems downloading elsewhere.

Update:

Tried downloading several times and still failed. Test downloaded an Nvidia driver that's 403MB with no problem. I was finally able to download Skatter after I installed Turbo Download Manager extension for Firefox and it swiftly downloaded using 3 threads.
