[Q] spacing

Postby cotty » Sun Nov 29, 2015 4:34 pm

Is there a way to define the spacing in regard to the face normal instead of x and y? Or what would be the right way to get the same density at the vertical faces here?

For now the projection is only on the vertical axis, but this will change in the future.

you mean, to skatter a vertical garden, one need to create it on an horizontal plane, and then rotate it once the skattering as components has been done? or just keep a slight slope (89° for example) to have a small horizontal surface)?

Both will work. But it'll be far better when I introduce any-axis-projection.

Cannot wait to be able to do this, right now the only way is with the fur plugin which lacks much control.
