I've been trying to skatter some gravel but am having some problems getting them close enought to each other.
I used collision with a very small setting but I still get these areas without any objects.
Is it possible to skatter a second time with another seed and have that skatter look for collisions within the first skatter?
Or maybe a algorithm to use smaller items for these tiny spaces?

Re: Tight SkatterIf I were you, I would disable collisions altogether. Theses items are way too small for us to notice the overlapping.
Also, I would do it just like for grass : Create a small patch of gravel and scatter it. This will be much faster to compute than individual rocks. Don't hesitate to use random Z translation to have rocks on top of each others. Keep in mind that Skatter is not a physics simulator ![]()
Re: Tight SkatterDamn!
this question and answer should be at get.skatter.com FAQ page- Excellent question, excellent example, excellent answer...
