[REQ] Xref a skatter

[JQL]

Is there or will there be any way to do this:

- Save as a surface component to an external file;
- Open the external file in a new instance of Sketchup;
- Use skatter in the component surface open in the new instance of sketchup;
- Save and reload the component model into the initial model.
- Render the initial model with the skatter applied?

That *may* be possible. I'm not 100% sure, but I think I can achieve that.
