I just bought a lic for Thea ver3

I want to remove the thea ver 2 for a clean install of 3 but I do not see anywhere online discussing this, including Altair's almost non existent support system for Thea.

can someone tell me #1 do I need to uninstall Ver2 and if so how...

Major versions should run separately as standalone render engines. Not sure if the SketchUp plugin for v2 and v3 can run in SketchUp though.

Did you got through Windows Control Panel to Add/Remove Programs?

Hopefully, you've discovered that both V2 and V3 can run on the same machine and that once V3 is installed, you'll even find the "switch version" option in the SketchUp Extension hamburger menu. No reason to uninstall V2. It's been since August that you posted this, so... I fairly certain you have already seen this, right?

Post on the Thea Site forum if you have more problems. I had an unusual crash problem with version three and Tomasz kept helping with me over email, providing special versions of Thea and utilities until it worked.
