I needs to be much colder for the bed-bugs to call it a day. In Norway we put the mattress outside when it's -15 or colder to kill'em off. A couple of degrees below is not going to do the job - you just end up with a very cold bed...

We could all peek at a 10-day forecast. But they are useless - at least here in Colorado. So don't panic yet. We still have lots of nice sunny days left - all year long.

Ditto here. I was on a walk with the dog at a lake side in shorts and a T-shirt this afternoon. I may try to find my boots (my wife keeps telling me they are in their place but fails to tell me where that place is)

But your -15 is really 5° above zero.

It's Colorado... there is a good chance that we will be back to shorts and a t-shirt weather by Basecamp... OR everybody may need snowsuits... really no way of telling!

Damn. I was hoping to travel with a single carry-on luggage (I hate those check-in queues). Now I may have to prepare for anything between a grass-skirt and an Eskimo suit.

Bring the skirt Gai. I won't be there but it'll look interesting in the photos.

Will some kind soul fill me in on what is happening on Sunday the 14th! I'll be arriving in Boulder early Sunday Morning but I don't want to miss out on any pre-basecamp events.
Also is there an unofficial evening plans for post camp nights on the town!

Bad news folks. Due to some cock ups with client payments I am high and dry and without a ride into Boulder. Have had to cancel so will not be coming this weekend. Absolutely devastated

Giving Csaba a head cam will be like a roller-coaster ride when he starts to drink, and you may need subtitles too.

Well, it looks like at this point I'm out as well. Costs were just a bit greater than I could work out this year. See you all at the next one I hope! Chris

Hopefully we can have a European basecamp next year or if not just have one next year instead of waiting another two.

I think it's a real shame and bummer that Chris can't be there. http://sketchucation.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=323&t=18210&p=434878#p434878If this were about 10 years ago I might have been capable of a worthwhile donation, but times have changed

Anyhow, are you going? You're just down the road from me. We could hang out and post pictures of how much fun we had without everyone! heheheh
