Speed Modelling Challenge #24 Voting

Postby remus » Thu Apr 08, 2010 9:27 pm

Im sure you know the drill by now. If not it is simply a case of voting for the entry you feel best interprets the subject and made best use of the available time.

For the record, i decided to include the late entries as it seems a shame to miss out on such good quality entries over something as small as a deadline.

Best of luck to everyone involved. Great to see so many entries :thumb:

And some fantastic submissions!

@Remus

Eric's suggestion of locking the topic once deadline is reached is a good idea. But I realise your busy enough as it is, so don't take this up the wrong way.

Solo could post a picture of the Sketchup startup screen and some people on here would still vote for it.

Its a good idea, although it seems a shame to stifle a topic if it is active (active in a chatty way, not a submissions way.) I'll bear it in mind though.

You do realize that the more you entries you post, the less likely you are to win, right? :lol:

unless polls are counted per user, instead of per entry.

a bit of a red herring there. It's not like modeling quality is debased by spreading it over multiple models. It's still only 30 mins per model. it's not like folks who only did one spent 90 minutes on theirs and I spent 30 mins on 3. . .that would be nice tho. :D

Well thanks for the votes all. I honestly did not expect to win by much if at all.

How about Musical Instruments for the next challenge?

I'd rather get no votes than have one vote which I made myself. I think it's pretty sad for voting for yourself in a comp like this. I can understand a politician voting for themselves because they should believe they are the right choice to be the MP, but voting for your own entry on a fun competition??? :thumbd:
