redraw Groups with Dynamic Attributes

I have many walls of different thicknesses, heights and lengths, for which I use them as Groups; but I add some Dynamic Attributes to them.
Question: Is it possible to Redraw them all at once? Maybe with some ruby ​​code?

Hi Rey, I'm no DCs expert but i'd rather not use dynamic groups, even if it's possible, because some of the functions appear not to work properly on groups. I remember Dan Rathburn to have written a small plugin allowing the redraw of selected instances siblings, but, again, I don't think this works with groups..
