Hi. I'm new to dynamic components.
I'm trying to model a cam motion, with a follower rod that would rise and and fall back down with a single click. For the life of me, I can't figure out how to do such a thing.
The only alternative I've been able to come up with is to have the cam do a half-rotation of 180 degrees per click so that it tracks the position of the follower rod. It's not the ideal solution.
Can anyone help? Thank you!

https://www.academia.utp.ac.pa/sites/de ... rcular.pdf formula used: did not see your post until today, after a bit of research on cams, (not my field, I'm carpenter and estimator) need only the rotation and the formula does the rest
