Amana Church Bench

Based on benches found at Amana, Iowa dated to pre-1846. Designed to be knocked down (at least the backrest removed) when not in use. My model is based on information provided in an article by Jameel Abraham in Fine Woodworking Magazine #298.

A very handsome. All it needs is some cigarette burns and wine stains.

Your wood texture library must be insane! They are always so long.
