Therefore, these things are 'Out of the Box'. Therefore 'FROM' not required. N'est Pas?

I think the fact you are struggling with it explains the meaning of the title, it is a neither one thing nor the other. It isn't only out of the box it is also out of the box and even some stuff in the box. On that rather ambiguous note I'm for my bed (as they colloquially say in one of the places I have lived, dreadful grammar tho).

Fredoscale has the ability to change the plane that is used for scaling, allowing you to control the -1 scale of off axis objects, making for an easy mirror tool.

Technic of the Circle + inclined segment! Was very efficient and yet seen at Kito Raupp more ten years ago! Many tricky things there!

And yes I have acknowledged Kito and posted links to his videos many times when I have shown these techniques elsewhere. Probably even earlier in this thread.

A bit of an exercise getting my hands working together again after an injury. Several very obvious errors included.

I had no idea where that was headed until the very end. Some excellent inferencing tips in there Hope the hands recover too!

Cheers Rich, I'm sure the hands will get there in the end, just so long as I keep the mind working. Making knots is always a good brainteaser.

I produced this for another thread and have since removed it. I'll pop it in here for the benefit of others. Using weld to help scale a shape into an ellipse while retaining a circle.

There is a well know method of making a helix with only native tools that I have shown before. This is similar but gives you a solid object to work with. You can array it, Linear or Radial for very different results. It's difficult to fit this into the forum limit so it's a bit cut off.
