I am a sucker for really fine design, and I thought it might be a good idea to start a thread where some examples can be posted. Design of all sorts, that celebrates the process and the outcome of fine product design, landscape design, home design, page design, web design.... well you get the picture. And to kick it off...

wow pretty radical for 1930's (1937 below). Looks like they were produced up into the 70's, I confess I'd never heard of them.
