Unable to purchase Fredo 6 plugins

I am from India and unable to purchase the Fredo6 plugins. Is there any way around this? Thanks in advance

I assume that's it's because of PayPal being officially blocked...
Do you have the possibility of using a VPN app on your computer to sidestep this and allow PayPal access ?
