thanx for the comment Pilou and yes its the TIN TIN rocket and its belgian (wikipedia says that tin tin its a belgian-french comic)

The Tintin's newspaper comic was Belgian! There were also several international editions after in the same time!
The Tintin's Adventures book is always Belgian
Take this one
Hergé (Georges Prosper Remi) is the "father" of Tintin and he was entierely Belgian!
