Something to View 3D Models?

Let's say I just want to show a friend or a client some 3D models fully textured and everything. I wouldn't want to subject them to download and install programs like Blender as they would stare at the screen and catch a headache. I would rather point them to a simple program that is strictly for viewing and rotating 3D models in various formats (obj, etc.) Is there such a thing that an be downloaded for free? I would also like to use something like that for myself.

There is a 3dpdf application. Not sure of free or pay.

Meshlab can make that
The Google Sketchup Viewer but seems works only for V7 and older

3D Formats
Read 3dc, 3ds, ac, dw, dxf, flt, geo, iv, ive, lwo, lws, obj, osg, pfb, and x.
Write osg.
Rendering
Render solid/wireframe/wire-solid, textured/untextured, lit/unlit.
Display the model in anaglyph stereo.
Set the background color.
Display a grid at the origin of the model.
Overlay your own logo. (Donation required)
Animate Degrees of Freedom, Sequences and Particle Systems.
Set the Level of Detail scale factor.
Flip through all Switches.
Scene graph
Show the internal structure of the model in an explorer-like structure. Right-click on nodes to inspect or set their properties. Auto-expand or collapse the scenegraph to show all Switches or Degrees of Freedom. Selected nodes are highlighted in the 3D view.
Statistics
Show the triangle count. Quads are counted as two triangles.

Thanks for the help. I downloaded all 3 of those programs. I like 3D viewer but it does not import collada files. I have to find a quick way to export as obj to make my life easier.
While we on the subject, is anyone familiar with 3D viewer apps for android phones? I'm thinking of trying out a couple I saw on the market but not sure if they have rotation capabilities.

export:PLY, STL, OFF, OBJ, 3DS, COLLADA, VRML, DXF, GTS, U3D, IDTF, X3D

So load in Collada then export as OBJ
