With that cleared up... Is there a way to be notified of removed posts if a thread gets removed? Maybe an email notification? Also stating the reason?

There's currently no way to do this on an automated basis. Whoever removes the topic may care for notifying members who posted there but sometimes it can be tedious as there may be lots of them.

Once I removed a couple of quite long (10-15 pages) topics of a certain member (on his demand as he found that his client was not happy with him posting his stuff all over the forums). Now of course, I would not spend a day sending PM's to all who posted there. :)
