Invisible sketchup model when VRAY rendering

Invisible sketchup model when VRAY rendering

Postby sinanp » Sat Dec 19, 2009 6:24 am

Hi

Having some issues trying to render a sketchup model using VRAY. All that appears in the render is the landscape surface I made using contours. The rest of the model is invisible, I've tried applying VRAY material to groups and all the lines/surfaces within the group (not sure if I need to do the latter, is applying materials to groups alone enough?) but still to no avail?

what version of V-Ray for Sketchup do you use?
What does it say in the About section?

Not quite sure what happened but the install must have been corrupted/faulty reinstalled VRAY and finally getting some model outputs! thanks very much

Or ... it could be the disappearing group bug. Which will correct itself if you reload the file...
