There are 3 positions available:
SOFTWARE DEVELOPER
This person will be responsible for the implementation of requested features and bug fixes for V-Ray for SketchUp or Rhinoceros 3D.
This is an opportunity to work on the latest developments of the V-Ray rendering technologies.
Minimum requirements:
B.S. computer science or comparable work experience
2+ years experience
Must be competent in C++
Must be strongly motivated and show initiative
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written formats
Ability to create and maintain positive, productive working relationships with both technical and non-technical personnel
Desired experience:
Familiar with 3d modeling applications (SketchUp and/or Rhinoceros preferred)
Developing on platforms other than Windows (OSX preferred)
Knowledge of Ruby, XML, or Python
Experience with UI design and implementation (Qt preferred)
SENIOR SOFTWARE DEVELOPER
This person will be responsible for integrating V-Ray features in to new platforms, specifically Google SketchUp or Rhinoceros 3d. In addition, the applicant will be expected to coordinate and mentor the junior engineers on their team. This is an opportunity to work on the latest developments of the V-Ray rendering technologies.
Minimum requirements:
B.S. computer science or comparable work experience
4+ years experience
Proficient with C / C++
Must be strongly motivated and show initiative
Proven track record for mentoring junior team members
Effective and clear communication skills in both verbal and written formats
Ability to create and maintain positive, productive working relationships with both technical and non-technical personnel
Desired experience:
Developing for platforms other than Windows (OSX specifically)
Knowledge of Ruby, XML, and Python
UI design and implementation (Qt preferred)
Experience with ray tracing and real-time rendering technologies
CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE
This person will be responsible for providing technical support to our V-Ray customers on the Google SketchUp and Rhinoceros 3d platforms. This is an excellent opportunity to work with an international team, which is dedicated to setting the highest standard of support in the rendering industry.
Minimum requirements:
1+ years experience in IT field;
Experience with MAC OS X, Windows and Linux;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
Strong problem solving skills and self-motivated;
Strong team player with good attitude;
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written formats;
Ability to create and maintain positive, productive working relationships with both technical and non-technical personnel;
Prefered experience:
Basic understanding of 3d modeling applications and render technologies
