force axis inferencing

I want to be able to hold down a key 'x', 'y', or 'z' for instance in order to force axis inferencing. Sometimes I want to move an object along an axis and can't find the inference, particularly the blue axis. It would be nice to include the pink 'constrained' inference as well.

Did you know that after clicking on a (pre-selected) entity but before starting to move it, you can hit the arrow keys to lock the movement on a particular axis?

Up/Down key = blue
Right key = red
Left key = green axis.

This was first implemented in the free v.5 but then included in both free and pro v.6

Oh really? I tried the arrow keys but my object must not have been previously selected. Thanks for the info.

You can use the arrows while drawing a line as well.
