Houdini

A fully featured animation package with pretty much every feature under the sun. The best part is theirs a free PLE edition that has no limitations.

Perhaps it is the education version im thinking of, as i certainly got it for free (and legally.)

Edit: sorry, i didnt read your post properly, i thought you were talking about houdini mateo.

Just to clarify, ive had this same version for quite a while, and as juan said it just give you this little popup thing every time you open a file. A little bit annoying but i can live with it.

I have it for free too.
The only thing that happens is that it reminds me it would be good to buy it. But it has not stop working since I started to use it.

I downloaded the free learning edition and on install my 'Onecare' virus detector went haywire and I chose the abort and clean option.

Autopano, a very good photo stitching program.

Also lets you manipulate levels etc. of the finished image.
