Hi there,

can someone tell me how to use assets like the one I attached from quixel using skatter?
Is that possible with sketchup or those are for other programs like UE?

Of course you can : assets can be taken like any components! ;)
I suppose they are OBJ formats so you must import them with something like
import OBJ by Tig if you have not the Pro version of SU

The easiest is to use Transmutr. You can export directly from Bridge, and Transmutr will convert to SketchUp and automatically create render-ready materials.
Then you can use them in Skatter like any other component.

I have Transmurt since the day come out and I love it but these type of items are just images no 3D objects. There are jpg for Albedo, Bump, Disp and opacity. I can put them on a surface and render them but they will be in the same order and shape of the image instead I need to mix them and skatter them

These are 3D assets, right? It's not a 2D atlas?

As 3D objects, you should be able to simply pick them one by one in Skatter's "Scattered Objects" rollout.

Could you create a component, paint it with the texture image you have from Quixel and then use skatter with the created component?

No 3D objects only images as the attachment I posted.

Ooops....I don't know why the LOD wasn't check in the download.

Anyway let's forget that one the problem is still there unless I'm missing something. How can I use the Atlases and skatter them?

I'm 100% sure that this is a 3D asset, and you can import it in Transmutr. Take a look at this:

Oh sorry, I didn't see your post before I posted the gif.

For atlases, I'm afraid you will have to cut them manually.
