Hey guys.

Sorry about being AWOL for so long on this, I honestly have been busy with work and life.

So, I have installed it and it seems to be showing up, but other than that I'm stuck, I just cannot work it out as it works sometimes and does not the other. I cannot seem to select components or if i do I cannot select additional ones.

Is there a video tutorial or pdf available?

Can you leave the ruby console opened while working with Skatter and tell me if there is any error?

Strange, I got a splat when selecting second component for instancing.

I will try again, however I got no splat dialogue to show.

Okay, the error was me clicking too fast, not waiting for Skatter to "think" Now it works in selecting multiple objects.

Click on "(re)Generate" with the "Render" checkbox ticked.
But keep in mind that Thea only renders proxies for now. If you want to be able to render regular components, please poke Tomasz!

Ah, so that was my problem all the time, I was using regular components and not Thea proxy's.

Is there a thread to mention it to Tomasz or should I send him a pm?

What would make this tool over the top amazing is a brush tool, to be able to paint instances on a terrain is definitely something I need.

Yes, it's planned. Although, it won't be a static paint brush. You will actually be able to paint an area. That way, you will still be able to change every parameter even after painting.

Awesome, what about object weighting (percentages of objects for a mixed vegetation like 30% grass A and 70% grass B.)
