If you attach the model we call tell you if it is printable or how it needs to be corrected.

Thanks Box, that is very generous! Problem is i designed the lamp for moulding and laying in carbon fibre ( its only an easthetic skin) so I will have to start affresh. I will start to model somthing conceptual now. will take a couple of hours. Will get it to you ASAP

Wouldn't the model just be the void of the mold you created?

I need to think about how trap the "lamp" (a 200x50x0.5mm flexable oled) and how the "head" will be affixed to the Carbon fibre "rod" or more correctly "tube"

Hi Box, have attached a sketch model. it is just loose ATM but just to give you an idea.
I have not given thickness to the main body but it wiould need ti be very thin as wieght is everything in this project. I have also notdone the bottom bit that would entrap the lamp.
