I'm assuming that you have a glass ceiling or wall that the sun is shining through? Is it assigned a thin glass material? what render engine are you using? and what is your tracing depth?

Also Thea and sketchup shadows are created separately.
I turn off shadows in Sketchup. Which means my models can be much bigger and Thea works just fine, doing it's own thing making it's own shadows.

Greeting,

I have got another shadow question.

Is there any Thea equivalent of Vray for Sketchup) Sun Size method of controlling a shadow smoothness (bigger sun size - smother shadow.

How can I control this shadow aspect within Thea Sketchup?

Many thanks in advance with my best regards.
