Hi People,

I'm Bassie and this is Adriaan and together we are "Bassie and Adriaan"

Any dutch people know these 2 circus guys and this is their caravan.

Hope this one steels some dutch hearts. ;)

Too rich for my blood. Nicely done. :thumb:

I plagued by vague doubts that some works were created in 30 minutes.
Propose to add to the rules - the winner offer 30 minutes of video - how he did his model.

Nope. Honor system. And really, the only thing at stake here is the right to choose the next subject.

I used to doubt the time some people took, then I learnt to model.
When you understand the simplicity of most of the construction you don't question it. Plus, the use of the right plugins can make things incredibly fast.
Planning is the key to a quick model, you can't doodle, you must know where you are going.
Sniper, for example, has used an image easily found on google, as his template, using various basic tools you can easily make that 3D.

As stated in the rules, you only cheat yourself.

I think at stake is not just that.
Possible for the winner is also a real increase of wages in the company where he works.
And maybe somebody by dishonest means deprived him of that chance.
Of course, I not accusing anyone concretely, but it is available.

Then I'd have to learn how to do that too!

I didn't get a wage increase when i won? I was made redundant! But it's nice to know the sheer influence this competition has on a worldwide scale. Thank you David_H....Thank you

Look at the Doom Gun for example.

I ran out of time to finish the texturing and sign writing, it should say Sang The Amazing Human Cannonball, and all sorts of other decoration.
Only plug-in is bezier curve, the rest is pretty much push pull, array, follow me, etc
Worst of all, I didn't have time to make a landing net for poor old Sang, I think he'll have a headache in the morning.

That does seem rather appropriate Tig, after all, the rules do state sketchup output only, and we all know how well sketchup outputs splats.
