just want to show everyone how i put youtube video in this forum
01. Copy the Youtube link from your browser
it's look like this:

02. delete "watch?" and change "=" to "/"
so it's look like this:

http://www.youtube.com/v/SHYnjckjxqE

important! put 600,400 after flash=
03. final code looks like below:

[flosh=600,400]http://www.youtube.com/v/SHYnjckjxqE[/flosh]
change the flosh to flash
